• Kafka-based EventStore replication — designed and built a data replication tool achieving 5k events/sec per deployed instance.
• Service-splitting & observability overhaul — led a data-graph service-splitting initiative cutting response time by 40%, plus OpenTelemetry-based observability improvements.
• OOXML library — built a PPT-generation library that cut slide-prep time by 100x.
