ZapLogger.Leveler exposes the leveler a branch resolves through, for use as the parent of a derived one.

Adapt packages/livekit-server-sdk/src/SipClient.ts to the TransferSIPParticipant contract introduced by @livekit/protocol 1.51.0. The RPC now returns TransferSIPParticipantResponse, and a non-success status without an RPC error means the transfer did not complete. Parse the response, expose an appropriate return type or failure signal to callers, and add tests covering successful and unsuccessful status responses. Preserve existing SipCallError handling for RPC errors that include SIP status metadata.
