Report security-sensitive problems privately to the project maintainer. Include the affected version, distribution, and a minimal reproduction. Remove credentials and personal data from all logs.

The optional GC575 reset helper is intentionally restricted to capture-device recovery operations. Do not broaden its sudo or Polkit permissions.
