Add Circle-issued native USDC on Cronos (0x3D7F2C478aAfdB65542BCB44bCeeC05849999d2D) under CoinKey.USDC, and move the existing bridged token (0xc21223249ca28397b4b6541dffaecc539bff0c59) to CoinKey.USDCe (USDC.e).
