   Release-train 4 check against current dev (6d64ea26a7). Terra is in the native roster that every catalog build starts from (src/codex/catalog/native-models.ts:220-234) and is not account-gated, so a missing roster entry no longer hides it. It can still be left out by catalog suppression, for example a disabledModels entry or a Desktop catalog that was not re-read after sync. The report is from 2.49 on Linux, and several catalog and Desktop-sync fixes have landed since, so we can't tell whether it still reproduces.

   If it still happens on a current build, please post: OpenCodex, Codex Desktop and Codex CLI versions; whether Desktop and the CLI use the same Codex home (yes or no, no paths needed); whether Sol and Luna show up in Desktop; any disabledModels entry (model ids only); and, after ocx sync and a Desktop restart, whether the catalog file named by model_catalog_json in Desktop's config contains a gpt-5.6-terra row (yes or no). That tells us whether Desktop is reading a stale catalog or OpenCodex is writing one without Terra. Keeping this open until then.

   Thank you for reporting the Desktop discrepancy. The report is from 2.49, and we lack a current reproduction or evidence showing whether the generated catalog contains Terra after later catalog and sync changes. Please reopen with current OpenCodex/Desktop/CLI versions, sanitized ocx doctor output, and a minimal reproduction stating whether Desktop’s injected catalog contains the Terra row.

   Closing as not reproducible with the current evidence; this is not a fix claim.
