docs: point tapeout guide to LSC-1u top

• point docs/TAPEOUT.md at the active reduced-profile tt_um_lfglabs_lsc1u top
• describe its profile-specific lsc1u_core boundary without attributing the orphan full-core wrapper to the active ttsky26c integration
• refresh the repository-required checksum inventory

Closes the post-merge documentation defect identified in PR #31 review thread #31 (comment).

docs/TAPEOUT.md now names tt_um_lfglabs_lsc1u in src/ as the ttsky26c integration top and describes it as wrapping the reduced lsc1u_core, instead of the former full tt_um_lfglabs_lean_silicon_lsc1 / lean_silicon_lsc1 (asic_core/rtl) wording.

The root SHA256SUMS entry for docs/TAPEOUT.md is updated so checksum inventory matches the doc change. No RTL or build logic is modified.
