VERDICT: APPROVE
No blocking findings. The release version is updated consistently across crates/orchestrator-cli/Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, the README installation examples, and both installation/deployment guides. The change is minimal and release-scoped, and all configured checks are green, including workspace check, clippy, rustfmt, docs-sync, dependency guardrail, smoke-help, and Vercel.
What is good: the patch keeps manifest, lockfile, and user-facing version references synchronized without unrelated churn.
