Upgrade the graph engine from Lance 1.0.1 / Arrow 56 / DataFusion 50 to Lance 13.0.0 / Arrow 58.4.0 / DataFusion 54.1.0, including catalog, benchmarks, and Python bindings. Adapt the namespace error API, DataFusion table sources/UDFs/schema conversion, and Delta table-provider construction. Add a partitioned Delta table read regression test.
Python uses PyO3 0.28 and pylance 13; Python 3.10 is now the minimum supported version. Refresh both dependency lockfiles.
Delta Lake has no crates.io release compatible with DataFusion 54 (released versions target 53 or 55), so its dependency is pinned to upstream revision
37ee982736b645b4d3f79a5d59e680add229a58c. Pin its kernel derive dependency to 1.1.0 because 1.2 removed a macro required by Kernel 0.25. The Git dependency must be replaced with a compatible published release before publishing the Rust crate to crates.io.Validation:
