docs: add netlify-build-failure runbook to Operational Readiness index - #6867
Conversation
runbooks/netlify-build-failure.md documents diagnosing and recovering from a Netlify build-time deploy failure alerted by netlify-error-reporter.yml, but was never linked from the README's Operational Readiness runbook index alongside the other runbooks. The Operational Readiness runbook index in README.md links every other runbook under
runbooks/(SLO, deploy-rollback, version-branch-rollback, scorecard/stale/fuzz-mdx monitoring, api-error-rate-latency, acmm-history-failure-monitoring) but never linkedrunbooks/netlify-build-failure.md, which documents diagnosing and recovering from a build-time Netlify deploy failure alerted bynetlify-error-reporter.yml(added per #6782/#6783). This adds the missing index entry so the runbook is discoverable alongside the others. No workflow, alert, or SLO behavior is changed — this is a documentation-index fix only.
