Summary
Triage pass over the 21 open issues and 13 open PRs in kubestellar/console as of
2026-11-02. Found 2 near-duplicate pairs (1 new PR pair, 1 issue pair carried
forward from closed checklist #24636) and 1 missing PR↔issue link. No actions
have been taken; this is a checklist for maintainers.
