Add 60 Minutes Kubernetes as a Base Extras Component #8

60MinutesK8s is an operator and a UI that allows

to dynamically create a namespace
to download the kubeconfig for accessing the cluster limited to this namespace
to automatically delete the namespace after e.g. 60 minutes

This is for testing, dev access etc. and is super simple to use
