Summary

  • Ports the visual-recap skill concept from kentcdodds/kody to this repo's compiler pipeline.
  • docs/architecture/primitives.yaml maps the compiler's moving parts (lexer, parser, binder, lowering/emit, metadata format, VM, stdlib, driver, transpiler, tests, docs) to stable ids, pairing each hand-written pncs/ Scala source with its generated pnc/src .pn twin.
  • .claude/skills/visual-recap/ classifies a PR's diff against that taxonomy and drops a mermaid recap block into the PR description, plus flags the transpile-sync invariant.

Test plan

  • node .claude/skills/visual-recap/scripts/check-primitives-map.mjs — all code/docs paths resolve
  • Classifier validated against a real historical diff (PR feat(binder): improve bidirectional type checking #75) — correctly resolves to binder + test-suite
  • Confirm the automated recap bot (@mrunleaded/panther-recap-bot, Kody-hosted) posts a recap to this PR once its GitHub webhook is registered

🤖 Mechanical pass from @mrunleaded/panther-recap-bot — lists primitives touched
and checks the one invariant it can assert with confidence
(transpile-sync). It does not judge composes/extends/adds or draw the
mermaid system map; run the visual-recap skill in a Claude Code session for
that.

Ports the visual-recap concept from kentcdodds/kody to this repo's compiler
pipeline. docs/architecture/primitives.yaml maps the compiler's moving parts
(lexer, parser, binder, lowering/emit, metadata format, VM, stdlib, driver,
transpiler, tests, docs) to stable ids, pairing each hand-written pncs/
Scala source with its generated pnc/src .pn twin. The skill classifies a
PR's diff against that taxonomy and drops a mermaid recap block into the PR
description.

The taxonomy previously had no entry for itself, so a PR introducing the
whole visual-recap skill + primitives.yaml showed up as "no primitives
touched" with every new file dumped into unmatched. Add a self-referencing
primitive covering docs/architecture/primitives.yaml and
.claude/skills/visual-recap/ so this (and future taxonomy/skill changes)
classify correctly.
