- Add .github/workflows/publish.yml for automated PyPI publishing
- Triggers on GitHub releases
- Supports manual workflow dispatch with Test PyPI option
- Uses trusted publishing (OIDC)
- Update README install command: just 'pip install fte' (regex2dfa is now a dependency, no need to install separately)
