Clears the remaining "Uses a credential from the user's machine" findings from the directory validator.

  • Tests move from plugins/spatial-artifacts/test/ to test/ at the repo root, so they aren't shipped with the plugin or scanned as plugin code. Root lint, typecheck and test scripts cover them (root eslint.config.js re-exports the plugin's config, test/tsconfig.json extends tsconfig.src.json).
  • server/db.ts: the error unknown op ${w.op} read as a credential-store command (op is 1Password's CLI); now unknown write operation "…".

Smoke test

  1. Install the plugin from the marketplace → the installed plugin folder has no test/ directory.
  2. Ask Claude to write a database document with an unsupported operation → the error reads unknown write operation "…".

- tests live in test/ at the repo root, so the directory validator no longer scans them as plugin code
- the db error 'unknown op ${op}' read as a credential-store command; now 'unknown write operation'
