Bump security-relevant transitive deps (fast-uri, body-parser, prisma 7.9), migrate SPA to react-router 8.3 (dom package removed), apply safe minor/patch and Actions/nginx pins so blocking high-severity audits pass again. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
