Pin every native and portable plugin configuration to MCP 0.2.3, which declines unused SSE connections on the hosted stateless endpoint. Keep all plugin and marketplace versions consistent and refresh the Codex cachebuster.
Validation: repository manifest/schema/MCP parity/skills/eval checks pass. Merge only after MCP 0.2.3 is published to npm. Depends on kopachlager/prerenderbuddy-mcp#12.
