Declares the optional PRERENDER_BUDDY_API_KEY reference in the portable MCP manifest and forwards the matching local variable through the Codex-specific overlay. Adds validation coverage and bumps the plugin to 0.2.1. The secret remains local and is never stored in the plugin.
