Summary

  • Sanitize CLI console outputs and configure UTF-8 output streams with error replacement to prevent Windows console encoding crashes.
  • Load project configuration with detected project root in
    un().
  • Add .devagent\ to .gitignore.

Tests


  • uff check devagent/ tests/\ passes.
  • CLI and phase test suites pass.
