Remove references to the retiring Func-tastic repository from CLI help and language-pack documentation, as tracked in knative/community#1802.

Use clearly illustrative repository/template names in CLI examples, retain generic template-management guidance, and regenerate the command reference. No runtime behavior changes.

Validation:

• ./hack/update-codegen.sh
• make check
• make test (core tests with race detection)
• Confirmed no Func-tastic references remain in CLI help or docs.
