Changes
The
prometheus/commonhas had retracted1.xrelease that was done by mistake. But it keeps appearing transitively from other consuming libs. This PR removes the stale 1.x and adds correct 0.x stream.Right now it also blocks auto-update to latest
knative/pkg.
