Local model download hangs at 5%.

Describe the bug
Transcription model download hangs at 5%. Cancelling and restarting the download has no effect. Trying to download a different model also hangs at 5%.
I also tried downloading the model manually and placing it in the models dir, but it does not detect it, and tries to download again

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Hex
2. Start initial setup and select model. Attempt download.
3. Revisit settings and try to download again

Expected behavior
Model downloads successfully and app becomes usable.

It hung as well for me too but I cancelled it, quit; restarted the app and triggered the download and it eventually went through.

I did the same a few times. Even deleted it entirely and tried again. No luck.

OpenWhispr uses the same models and was able to download it, so no issue with hosting server.

Turns out that the model does download, but the loader does not display it. A couple other things I had to do manually:

• Give Hex accessibility grants.
• Switch my system microphone to my external microphone.

Took a little bit of hacking around, but it works fine now.
