URL querystrings should have ms1 and ms2 arguments that will highlight the relevant markers in the graph (and will change whenever a marker is selected). Including highlighting a selection of milestones.
Currently, One-to-many query strings only display the selected alignment. It would also be good to be able to address all ms1 alignments, or all id2 alignments.
