pairwise: TOC markers

If you select a TOC marker, and then select a milestone, you can no longer use the arrow keys to move between milestones - the arrow keys navigate the section markers rather than the milestones (even if you select a milestone in the other book).

Pressing Enter to open diff view does not work either when a TOC marker is selected
