Moves the html-studio pin from the v0.1.34 release commit (69557c1) to the v0.1.35 release commit 761e3cbc, the head of the app's release-v0.1.35 branch and the commit tag v0.1.35 points at. It is main 80985ec plus the three ui/dist files (index.mjs and two icons), so the install still needs no Node on the target machine. The app now cuts one release-v<version> branch per version instead of a single moving release branch; the entry note is updated to say so.

Verified: cloned chhanz/html-studio, confirmed
release-v0.1.35and tagv0.1.35both resolve to 761e3cbc, diffed it against main (onlyui/distadded), and read theapp.jsonat that ref (version 0.1.35). Installed 0.1.35 in a local Kiro Crew and used view / check / present. Rantests/here: all contract, changed-entries and verify-dist tests pass; the 50test_publish.pyfailures are pre-existing onmainin this environment (git init -b mainfails in the test sandbox) and unrelated to this entry.
