chore: re-pin agent-dashboard to 3.3.1 - #54

Conversation
The 3.3.1 release teaches the embedded dashboard page to remember the tab in use. The host unmounts an app page when the user moves to another app or Crew function, so returning remounted the iframe on the Overview and dropped the Logs, Board or Console tab. The app now records its own route and restores it. The new ref is the head of the app's release branch, generated by its own bin/make-release from main 09c1f2f8 and carrying frontend/dist and ui/dist, so the install still needs no Node on the target machine.

Re-pins
agent-dashboardfrom8b52af6eto9fe26a82for the 3.3.1 release. What changed in the app
The dashboard reopens on the tab you were using. Inside KiroCrew an app page is an ordinary lazy React Router element, so moving to another app or Crew function unmounts it and returning mounts a fresh iframe at
/. The Logs, Board or Console tab in use was lost on every excursion. The app now records its own path and restores it when it next boots at/. A deep link, or a reload while on a page, is never overridden, and a stored path that is not a live route is ignored rather than trusted. No manifest surface changed: same
ui.entry, samebackend.entryPoint, same declaredpermissionsandskills. Onlysource.refmoves in this catalog entry.What I verified
9fe26a82is the head of the app'sreleasebranch, generated by its ownbin/make-releaseon top ofmain09c1f2f8. Reading the tree at that ref:app.jsonreports version3.3.1, andserver.py,ui/dist/index.mjsandfrontend/dist/index.htmlare all present.bin/init-ecosystemis100755, so the installer stays executable.positive control: 15 classes detected, thenrelease scan: CLEANover 220 files. The publisher re-read every blob SHA after the write and reportedALL MATCH.oxlintreports 0 warnings and 0 errors, andtsc -b && vite buildcompletes clean./with/logsremembered lands on/logs; deep-linking to/healthwhile/logsis remembered stays on/health; and a forged stored value (//evil.example.com) is ignored, leaving the page on/on the same origin.pytest tests/ -qgives 522 passed;tools/validate.pygivesOK: catalog is valid (3 warning(s)), and I confirmed those 3 warnings are pre-existing by running it on the unmodified file, where they are identical and all concern other apps;tools/format.pyreportsalready normalized.mainthatcatalog/official-registry.jsonis the only path that differs.
