### Added

- **Draft sources.** A source that is not complete yet saves as a draft, which cannot be enabled,
instead of being refused. Its row carries `draft` and `problems`, each with the pipeline stage it
belongs to. An enabled source is still saved only complete, and enabling re-checks it.
- **Every problem with a source at once.** A refused save or enable is a 422 that lists all of the
source's `problems` (`{kind, stage, field?, message}`), not just the first, and an empty
transport setting (host, port, URL, bind address, topic, method, path) is now reported by name.
The SQLite schema moves to version 20.
