What changed

I added a One-click deploy section with a RepoCloud deploy button to README.md, between Quick start and First-run setup.

Why

This gives the community one-click access to deploy ReadMeABook at an affordable host, as a ready-made template that needs no other instructions, with more providers to come.

How it was tested

Only README.md changed, so there are no tests to add and I did not run npm test. On my fork the new section renders between those two sections and the button links to ReadMeABook's page.
