Allow one certificate to be deployed on many ELBs

In letslambda.yml, it's only possible to deploy one certificate per ELB. It would be useful to be able to deploy the certificate onto multiple ELBs

In the eventuality of geo routing. Users are routed to a "location", but through the same web site name.
