Closes the testing gaps: Linux arm64, Intel macOS via Rosetta, Codex and Cursor agent runs, and a nightly one-hour soak test. Also fixes sessions from force-killing agents staying "running" forever. Results go into TESTING.md and /testing once CI finishes.

- Recorders hold an OS file lock while they run. list/show report sessions
  that never finished and whose lock is free as "killed" instead of
  "running" forever (Cursor and Codex SIGKILL their servers).
- compat.yml: add Linux arm64 and the Intel macOS build via Rosetta.
- soak.yml + tests/compat/soak.py: one recording busy for an hour nightly;
  every call recorded, memory flat.
- Stress kill test also runs on Windows (TerminateProcess) and uses unique
  process markers.
- Report: Codex and Cursor agent results, soak section, 5 platforms.
- Bump to 0.3.3.

Regenerated TESTING.md, site/src/data/test-results.json, and the README
Tested section (now generated between markers) from compatibility run
37536987910 and the one-hour soak. Adds Claude Desktop, Codex,
and Cursor (Linux and Windows) agent results and the Claude Desktop
draft-07 outputSchema finding.
