Removes the arbitrary option-count limit from application resolution and suggestion requests. Both use the same option-list type and preserve every source-form choice. No truncation or replacement numerical cap. Regression reproduces the reported 928-choice dropdown and checks that its final choice remains selectable. Baseline CI failed with the original 200-item validation error. Backend tests run in CI. No extension rebuild or production data repair is required; backend deployment is required.
