Summary

Update to go 1.26.10 and golang.org/x/net v0.61.0. This is needed to get rid of vulnerability scan results, including the critical CVE-2026-78663 in the http2 server.

The x/net bump is needed too: on go 1.26 the apiserver still uses the x/net http2 server.

It would be nice to have this in a v0.33.x patch release.

Hi @orymate. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kcp-dev member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
