Hi, I'm Kazu Yamagiwa

This account is currently mainly for cellular automata interests, graph structure learning, and surrounding / supporting coding tools.

Main projects:

  • graphnet-automata — experimenting with cellular-automaton-like updates on graphs
  • causal-automata — a JAX-accelerated cellular automaton engine for causal discovery and DAG structure learning

Other repos here are mostly helpers for that work (for example agentic_template).

By day I work in materials research; this profile is for the CA / graph / coding side.
