- async dstask mutations via the cap's do/do-poll (on_tick polls) so actions no longer freeze the pane; one op in flight at a time - sort open columns by priority (P1 first) + cap inactive columns with a '+N more' footer so NEXT isn't an unsorted wall - emit an OSC-2 pane title so kedi labels the pane 'deck' - registry icon ▤ → 📋

Make deck usable — fixes the pane freeze, the unsorted NEXT wall, and adds pane polish.
do/do-poll(polled fromon_tick) so done/today/drag/modify/note no longer freeze the pane on the git-committing op. One op in flight at a time.+N morefooter instead of a silent clip.deck.▤→ 📋.Verified:
cargo test20/20, clippy clean under-D warnings, fmt clean. Depends on the warden dstask capdo/do-pollops (merged separately in warden).
