Kaffeine: Amiga compatibility on AROS

I'm developing Kaffeine, open-source compatibility infrastructure based on AROS. It aims to run supported Amiga applications alongside native AROS software through kaffeine.library, rather than emulating an entire Amiga machine. The first target is 68k applications on AROS ARM64, with Moira as the reference interpreter and an experimental 68k-to-AArch64 JIT.
