Persist data after reboot

Data to save/restore:

• Alarms
• Quick Ring
• Enabled apps
• System settings
• Theme
• Applications settings

Process to trigger save/restore:

• Save when leaving Software app
• Save when leaving Settings app
• Save when leaving Alarms app
• Restore on boot
• Dedicated app to manually save/load/clear (?)
• Util to export/import from wasptool console (?)

Might also be interesting to be able to temporarily store some data when we are about to reboot (for upgrade mainly?), for example:

• Current steps counts

(need to check if going back to DFU mode can be done programmatically)
