Update the bundled Claude ACP runtime from 0.88.0 to 0.89.1, including the exact npm pin, isolated lockfile, published runtime baseline, compatibility notes and upstream watcher expectations. ACP SDK moves to 1.8.0; Claude Agent SDK and all eight native packages remain at 0.3.293.
The baseline records all 86 published JavaScript modules and the complete production dependency graph. NeverWrite continues using ACP v1; the opt-in AIR session index and experimental ACP v2 changes are documented in the runtime compatibility notes.
