tams-website

The TAMS website — a Jekyll site for GitHub Pages, in the TAMS brand (Control Navy + Playhead Amber, Geist + IBM Plex Mono).

This is the rebuild of the site currently at johnbilt.github.io, migrating from the bulma-clean-theme remote theme to a custom, self-contained theme. Target domain: tams.org.

Structure

• _config.yml — site config (URL, pagination, plugins, collections)
• _layouts/ — page layouts (default.html, plus per-type layouts added per phase)
• _includes/ — shared partials (header.html, footer.html, …)
• _data/ — navigation, footer, guide-section menu (data-driven nav)
• assets/css/style.css — the theme stylesheet
• assets/img/ — brand SVG logos
• index.html — homepage

Build / preview

Preview is via GitHub Pages (deploy from a branch). Local builds are optional; the Gemfile pins the github-pages gem for parity if you run bundle exec jekyll serve.

Preview URL: https://johnbilt.github.io/tams-website/ (baseurl: /tams-website).

At launch (tams.org): set url: https://tams.org and baseurl: "" in _config.yml, rename CNAME.disabled back to CNAME, and point DNS at GitHub Pages.
