Pyinstruments creates long intervals with no profiling  #343

As seen in the picture a normal internal function called "generate_raw_signals" lasting more than 20 seconds, produces no childs when in reality is calling multiple other functions in the same module, in python , having nothing special.

I read that some people had similar problems when calling functions inside "lib" folders but this seems not to be the case here, Also I don´t really know how to debug or provide more valuable information to you to reproduce it. So my question is if this behavior is known under certain conditions? and which conditions are these?
