I tried these small edits in my installation, and they worked beautifully to fix the "ValueError: Invalid RGBA argument: nan" compatibility issue on later versions of pandas, numpy and matplotlib. Thanks! |

This builds on previous fixes proposed by others including removing future warnings from pandas and an issue with matplotlib
