Light, surgical voice pass now that the repo is public — character and every
technical claim/Charter label unchanged, only private references neutralized.
- "the operator's X" -> role/neutral phrasing ("the design", "the source",
"the guiding instinct", etc.) across 18 notes + the ladder index. First-person
plural research voice ("we measured", "our frames") kept.
- "omni" -> plain language: "omni viscosity medium" -> "viscosity medium",
"omni distributions/omni-tail" -> "benchmark distributions/tail",
"omni-distribution" -> "full instance distribution".
- Fixed a stale self-contradiction: the game-theory note's ACAF footnote said
"could not identify ACAF" while backend/acaf.py now ships it — updated to
point at ACAF_NOTE.md / backend/acaf.py.
No math, claims, scope, or numbers changed. 19 files, +53/-54.
