feat: add "Cafe for Reading" channel - #16

New `cafe` genre profile (G Major, 80 BPM, acoustic coffee-shop caption tuned for quiet, rhythm-balanced reading music), frontend channel entry with the coffee-shop-2 background, page test assertion, and the seed registry entry (live seed 302, candidates 301/303, faded for seamless single-track looping). - The new profile is not covered by the adapter tests:
local.test.tschecks key/BPM and caption enrichment for existing profiles, whilelocal-models.test.tschecks profile-derived flags only for lofi. A regression could silently drop cafe'sG Major/80 BPMconditioning or prompt tags while the web page test still passes; add cafe cases covering both the generated prompt andaceStepMusicalArgs.

Owner judged the v1 caption too subdued for the channel. Rewritten from the owner's description (bright acoustic jazz piano lead, light swinging brushed drums, walking acoustic bass, fingerstyle nylon guitar, sunny coffee shop) with "no brass, no vocals" expressed positively as a piano-led acoustic trio. Seed registry records v2 candidates 304-306 awaiting audition and marks the interim live seed 302 as v1-only.
