…upport

- Rename MavenArtifactoryReporter's display name to disambiguate it from the
legacy plugin action, which prevented it from appearing in Maven Project
  job configuration.
- Add independent dependency resolution support (Resolve Repository), wired
to ArtifactoryClientConfiguration's resolver handler, previously unused.
- Split release vs. snapshot repos on both the deploy and resolve sides.
- Support a separate JFrog Platform Server (and its own credentials) for
  resolution vs. deployment.
- Add optional environment variable capture into published build info, with
a safe default exclude pattern for secret-like variable names.
- Clarify and reformat the reporter's help text and config UI to describe
the Goals/install/deploy requirement and the now-independent repo fields.
…t properties; regroup config UI

- Require Maven 3.0.2+ when Resolve Repository is set, since older Maven
silently ignores the resolver override instead of failing loudly. Detects
the version from the job's configured Maven installation; falls back to
allowing the build if detection itself fails.
- Add JFrog Project field, wired to ArtifactoryClientConfiguration's info
handler (same concept as jf's --project flag).
- Add artifact deploy include/exclude patterns and an option to also drop
excluded artifacts from published build info, not just from deployment.
- Add deployment properties (semicolon-separated key=value pairs) attached
to every deployed artifact via the publisher's matrix params.
- Regroup the reporter's config UI into three titled sections (Deployment,
Dependency resolution, Build info) with rarely-used fields tucked behind
per-section "Advanced" toggles, replacing one long flat list of 15+
  fields with no hierarchy.
