Adds /organisations, a public page listing every organisation registered on StackStream, read live from the chain.

How it works. The contract can count organisations but can't list them, because Clarity maps aren't enumerable. So the page reads every successful register-dao call from the transaction history, then reads each organisation's current record back from the contract. Every card links to its registration receipt on the explorer. The headline number comes from get-dao-count, and any registration the history scan misses is counted and shown rather than hidden.

What's included

  • /organisations: a live count, one card per organisation (newest first), a "your team could be next" card, and a three-step join section.
  • GET /api/organisations: the same data for other sites, added to the integration guide.
  • Shared nav: the landing page nav is now a shared component with an Organisations link, and the footer links the page too.

Verified locally

  • Against mainnet, it shows the 1 current registration (Grimaldo, block 9,134,238).
  • Checked on desktop at 1440px and on a phone at 390px.
  • 212 tests pass, and tsc, lint and the webpack build are clean.

stream-factory stores organisations in a map, which Clarity cannot
enumerate: the contract knows how many are registered but not who. The
directory reads every successful register-dao call from the chain's
transaction history, then reads each organisation's live record (name,
status, tracked streams) back from the contract, so every entry comes from
the chain and links to its registration receipt. The headline total is
get-dao-count; any registration the history scan cannot list is counted and
disclosed rather than hidden.

- /organisations: readout of the live count, a card per organisation
(newest first), a "your team could be next" card and a three-step join
  section, all linking to registration.
- GET /api/organisations: the same data for other sites, documented in the
integration guide. Cached for a minute per instance, like /api/stats.
- The landing nav moves into a shared SiteNav with an Organisations link,
and the footer links the page.
- Entrance animation respects prefers-reduced-motion.
