Old README described the skaffold/GKE era: deleted auth/ dir, settings_example.py copying, random-hex-website private keys. New one has the real quickstart (docker compose up --build -> auth.localhost, env-var settings, FerretDB default + mongo profile), the D20 creator-platform framing, the actual repo map, and pointers to plan.txt / GLOSSARY.md / decisions.md / SECURITY.md.
