Closes #169. Part of #158.

The Cover is the Tug in miniature: fire over water in fixed colours, an ink seam tilted about 4.6°, "elemental showdown" on an ink pill riding the seam. On hover and keyboard focus water wins: one registered custom property, --cover-seam, springs from 50% to 38% and the clip, the seam and the pill all follow it, while the emoji scale. The state change sits under motion-safe: and a hover-capable media query, so reduced motion and touch get nothing; ProjectLink's lift and shadow are untouched.

The lettering is SVG path data outlined from Bowlby One, so the Portfolio loads neither of the Project's fonts. The Portfolio's Projects list gains the link to /elemental-showdown.

Verification

The Projects test finds the Cover by name with its link; an e2e smoke test asserts / declares neither webfont; screenshots at rest, hovered, focused, in light and dark, and with reduced motion emulated, compared beside prototype variant A and the other Covers.

The Cover is the prototype's variant A: fire over water, an ink seam tilted
across the middle and the name on an ink pill riding it. Hovering or focusing
the link hands the ground to water, one typed custom property carrying the
fire's edge, the seam and the pill on a single transition; Tailwind's own
guards keep that to a pointer that can hover and to a visitor who wants
motion.

The lettering is outlined from Bowlby One and shipped as a path, so the
Portfolio wears the Project's display face without loading either of its
webfonts. The smoke spec now says so.
