ITSM-NG plugin for adding custom external links to the navigation menu.
- Add external links to ITSM-NG main menu
- Organize links by category (Assets, Helpdesk, Management, Plugins, Tools, Administration)
- Custom icons (Font Awesome)
- Enable/disable links
- Reorder links via position
- Install the plugin in ITSM-NG plugins directory
- Activate the plugin
- Configure links in Setup > Plugins > External Links
Navigate to Setup > Plugins > External Links to add new external links. Each link has:
- Name: Display label
- URL: Target URL (starts with
https://) - Category: Menu section
- Icon: Font Awesome icon class
- Active: Enable/disable the link
- Position: Order within category
