Add DynamoDB example inventory, rename etcd example for symmetry
Renames aio_asa_ha.yaml to aio_asa_ha_etcd.yaml and adds a matching
aio_asa_ha_dynamodb.yaml so the all-in-one active/standby HA topology
has one example per supported storage backend.
