Adds an OpenAPI spec for EfficientIP SOLIDserver's DDI API, built directly from the vendor's official spec, curated to DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and VLAN. Adds 153 workflows covering the full curated surface, including IPv4/IPv6 parity throughout.
