Records the low-memory live-session requirement from #59 in the repository's top-level description and architecture.
The change makes protected authenticated transactions an explicit exception to ordinary sleeping/renderer eviction, while keeping the existing boundary that IB does not promise cross-engine JavaScript-heap continuity. It also keeps sensitive-field persistence as an explicit security question rather than assuming all form contents should be stored.
