Adds a design note using the terminal-color/receipt helper as a small practical example of Edriç intent-first interfaces.
The note separates semantic status from presentation, keeps durable receipts on a distinct undecorated path, and treats standard output and standard error presentation independently so redirection cannot inherit styling from the other stream.
It states explicitly that translation need not route through C, one IR, one compiler, or even compilation at all, and connects this small example to the existing memory-tiering note without claiming the intent notation is implemented parser syntax.
